As we launch into the 2026–27 season, there is an extraordinary sense of momentum in Murchison Gymnasium. Last season laid a powerful foundation for our program: finishing 2nd in the Pacific West Conference, earning a #9 NCAA Division II West Region ranking, and achieving a 3.25 cumulative team GPA to qualify for the prestigious NABC Honors Court.
We built directly upon that momentum this summer by bringing home the championship trophy at the BLIA Cup in Taiwan! Competing against collegiate and professional teams from five different countries in front of crowds exceeding 8,000 fans, our young men proved they can execute under intense pressure on a global stage. With 12 returning veterans and a dynamic group of incoming recruits, that international victory serves as the ultimate springboard for the season ahead as we pursue a conference title and an NCAA Tournament berth.
