We're delighted to welcome you to Westmont College for our Young Adult Leadership Lab gathering, November 13 to November 15. Check-in begins Friday at 4:00 p.m. at the Mar Monte, and our programming will start at 6:00 p.m with dinner. Attendees will be housed in either single or double-occupancy rooms at the Mar Monte.

To help us steward retreat resources well, we encourage team members to share double-occupancy queen rooms whenever possible. A limited number of king rooms are also available for those who would benefit from private lodging due to accessibility needs, sleep-related considerations, caregiving responsibilities, or personal privacy concerns. Spouses attending as part of the same team may also request a king room.

Meals

Meals are provided by our campus food service provider Bon Appetit and Santa Barbara area restaurants.

Childcare

We understand that some of our participants have children, and we want all adults to be able to fully participate in the gathering. We are happy to support childcare needs and can offer financial assistance if needed. Please contact us at yall@westmont.edu to discuss childcare support.

Transportation

All attendees are responsible for coordinating their own transportation to and from Westmont College. However, Westmont will reimburse travel expenses if receipts are submitted within 30 days of the event.
