We’re delighted to welcome you to Westmont College for our Young Adult Leadership Lab gathering, May 29 to May 31. Check-in begins Friday at 4:00pm, and our programming will start at 5:30pm with dinner. Attendees will be housed in single or double rooms with private bathrooms in Westmont’s Global Leadership Center. Linens will be provided.

Westmont asks that guests, during their time on campus, act in ways that are consistent with our Community Life Statement and adhere to any Covid-19 safety protocols in place at the time from our County Health Department. We'll be in touch with final details in the week before the gathering, but will welcome any questions in the meantime at yall@westmont.edu.

Meals

Meals are provided by our campus food service provider Bon Appetit and Santa Barbara area restaurants. All of Westmont's gathering facilities are ADA compliant, but attendees with mobility limitations might find it convenient to stay in a downstairs room. Please answer below if you have specific needs.

Childcare

We understand that some of our participants have children, and we want all adults to be able to fully participate in the gathering. We are happy to support childcare needs and can offer financial assistance if needed. Please contact us at yall@westmont.edu to discuss childcare support.

Transportation

All attendees are responsible for coordinating their own transportation to and from Westmont College. However, Westmont will reimburse travel expenses if receipts are submitted within 30 days of the event.
